International Commercial Assistant / Grower Support

At WolkyTolky, we are not looking for a standard “office assistant.” We are looking for someone who builds relationships, identifies opportunities, understands customers, and wants to grow with us.

About WolkyTolky

WolkyTolky develops smart measurement systems and software for growers. We develop and build everything ourselves: from hardware to cloud software. Our systems are now used in more than 35 countries, and we process vast amounts of measurement data daily to help growers make better decisions.

We work globally with growers, advisors, and dealers in countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, England, Poland, and Turkey. We are not a large corporate company with layers of management and endless meetings. We are a small team that acts quickly, has direct contact with customers, and is constantly working to improve our products and service.

What will you do?

You will be in daily contact with customers, dealers, and partners both domestically and abroad. This includes:

• Maintaining contact with existing customers and building new relationships.
• Listening carefully to customers and trying to understand the underlying needs.
• Advising customers on the best solution for their situation.
• Answering support questions quickly and effectively.
• Creating and following up on quotes.
• Supporting, guiding, and helping dealers grow.
• Contributing ideas regarding commercial opportunities in new markets.
• Attending international trade fairs and events.

Not a rigid, boxed-in role

You can partly shape this role yourself. Do you primarily want:

• direct customer contact?
• to build international relationships?
• to guide and train dealers?
• to develop new markets?
• to travel extensively?
• or perhaps a combination of these?

There is room for that. Anything is possible—but it is not a carte blanche. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, shows initiative, and converts opportunities into results.

Who are we looking for?

You don’t have to be perfect. But you must be curious, independent, and possess strong communication skills.

Languages are a must

Because we are active in many different countries, language skills are very important. Therefore, we expect:

• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Good command of German (verbal is a minimum requirement)
• French is a plus, but not a requirement.
